This is a great opportunity to introduce your little one to new animals and new friends! Our goal is to spark an interest in animals with your child and enable your child to feel comfortable around all different types of animals.
The 20010-2011 class schedule is:
- Terrific Turtles - Friday, September 24 OR Saturday, September 25 OR Tuesday, September 28: This year we kick off the series with everyone's favorite reptiles, turtles!
- Dazzling Ducks -Saturday, October 9 OR Tuesday, October 19 OR Friday, October 22: Meet some friendly fowl at our ducks class!
- Perfect Parrots - Saturday, November 6 OR Tuesday, November 16 OR Friday, November 19: Meet some positively perfect parrots. Come learn all about what makes these beautiful birds so special!
- Leaping Lizards! - Saturday, December 4 OR Tuesday, December 14 OR Friday, December 17: Meet some scaly friends, the lizards! Once your child gets an up-close encounter with these critters, we are sure they will fall in love with them!
When: All classes go from 10:15 to 11 a.m. unless otherwise noted.
In addition: Songs, activities, a snack and an up-close look at one of our education animals are included in this program.
Cost: $12 per child for members; $18 per child for non-members. Pre-registration is required. If you register for more than one class at once you will receive a discount.
