"REJOIN" refers to memberships that have lapsed for 6 months or more.


Ways to purchase a GIFT for a friend or relative:

  • If you want to purchase a Zoo membership for a friend or relative, we will mail YOU a gift certificate that YOU can present to the lucky recipient.
  • Check out our Available Discounts page for discounts on our regular rates.
  • Call (585) 336-7212 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and charge by phone.
  • Stop at the Zoo's Front Gate during regular Zoo hours.

Household Basic Free admission for up to 2 named adults living in the same household and all the member's children 21 years of age and younger. $85
Household Plus All the benefits of Household Basic, PLUS extra member benefits like 2 member T-shirts and an exclusive behind-the-barrier activity at 1 of 2 Open Late Tuesday nights (dates TBA).

Grandparent Free admission for up to 2 named grandparents living in the same household and the member's grandchildren 21 years of age and younger. Exclusive Grandparents Day event.
