The Seneca Park Zoo's Education Department constantly strives to meet the need of teachers and students in our community. To enhance your Zoo field trip, consider adding a guided tour or an Amazing Animal Presentation. Our themed guided tours at the Zoo enhance your viewing and understanding of the Zoo's animals. Through the use of live animals and biofacts, our Amazing Animal Presentations provide fun and exciting educational programs year-round at elementary, middle and high schools, as well as day care centers and preschools. These programs can be tailored to meet the needs of your classroom and many meet New York State Learning Standards.
Seneca Park Zoo members coming as part of an Education Program are charged as part of the Education Program. In this case, they are not free because they are coming as part of
this program.
Can't make it to the Zoo? Invite the Wegmans' ZooMobile to your school and have a wild experience right in your
own classroom!
