You must book at least three weeks in advance. This will ensure that you have the best chance at your choice of dates.

For all outdoor programs you are required to have an alternate indoor or heated/cooled location in case of inclement or
extreme weather.

There is a five program maximum per day with a maximum of two types of program per day.

Festival-style events are booked for either 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours.

  • Step 1: Complete and send request form.
  • Step 2: You will receive and review a price quote. Send approval.
  • Step 3: You receive a confirmation and invoice.
